johnson 1997 175 oceanrunner

hi guys, i have a 1997 175 will only start on three cylinders the right side everybody says it the power pack so changed it now the right side is not firing and the left is tried unplugging the switch that cuts out the cylinders still only 3 cylinders even in neutral i cant get it too fire on all 6 any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks for everybodys time,
 
Pull the plugs and retest with spark gap tester. If it fires on all 6 the starter is dragging ,battery weak, cable or connections damaged

thx for the reply the motor is running but only 3 cylinders the left side has no spark tested,if i switch out the power pack its just the opposite,right no spark and left sparks never all 6 cylinders thx for your input,
