I have a 1994 evinrude 200 hp no spark on 1 cylinder. Need help trouble shooting it.

E200STLETF is the model number. I need the specs on what the stator should test at amd trigger . I have switch coils and it doesn't follow coil.

Is this tested while cranking or engine running?
