If you have a multimeter, check battery voltage...if under 12.4 volts charge it.
Then REMOVE and clean the battery cables and posts. Watchword: Clean Shiny.
If you have a battery switch, REMOVE and clean those cable ends....Clean and Shiny.
You might also consider REMOVING the positive battery cable end at the starter magnetic switch/solenoid and clean it and switch terminal.
Clean and Shiny.
Finding the MAIN BATTERY GROUND point (the place on the engine where the negative battery cable connects) and giving it the C S treatment is also advisable since corrosion is so much more of a problem with marine electrics than with most other vehicles.
Those are the basic starting steps for diagnosis of a problem like this. While those connections may not be the issue, many times they are.
Starting with a good, fully charged battery with those connections clean will keep you from second guessing yourself if more steps need to be taken.
Good luck.
