Honda BF225 fuel pump low pressure does it knocks?

Hello.

Does fuel pump low pressure side gives any sound while working?
My knocks and I don't know is it good or bad.

I have some problems with my engine and I don't remember is it normal or not.

The low pressure pumps is a mechanical diaphragm pump that works off the overhead cam. You will get some noise, but not excessive. Check to see if the LP pump bolts are tight.

Bolts are tight. I had pump in my hands today to check it.

Skooter is correct, they make a sound, but very muted. Don't think those pumps are repairable. If in doubt, replace. PN is 16700-ZY3-A01. $151 on boats.net.
