Honda BF200 Water Port issue

I have been having issues with the drain port for my water pump. Its been clogging often and I have been putting a piece of wire cable down it just to loosen up any debris that might be in the tubing. It has been fine up until last fall when I must have pierced the tube and water is dripping through the extension case. I can't seem to identify the parts needed to remedy the issue. I assume I will need the last tube prior to water exit and a new nipple?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can't find the nipple. But are you sure that needs to be replaced?

I haven't ran water through the engine nor taken off the extension case cover to examine due to it being winter in Toronto but I assume I have pierced the hose inside causing water to spill out. I know it's premature but just looking to find proper schematic.
