I just order 2 Spark Plug Cap (30700-881-010). How do I remove the old one?

How to I install the new ones??

I'm not 100% sure of this but I think that the caps will come with the wires. If so, then you would simply unscrew the old wires from the ignition coil and screw the new wires on. Some Honda models are like this but most are not. If the caps come just by themselves, without the wires, then you will need to cut the old caps off of the ends of the wires and then slide the new caps on. Then, use an adhesive or silicone sealant to hold them in place.

If you end up cutting the caps off, try starting up in the "thick" part to save as much wire length as possible. Slit the cap open to expose the interface between cap and wire so that you can get an idea of how you should attach the new caps. You must then make a good electrical connection between the wire and the new cap so that the spark doesn't have to jump a gap inside the wire to get to the plug. Otherwise they won't last very long.
