Honda BF100 CDI

I am looking for a CDI unit for an older Honda BF100 unit. The CDI unit is no longer made and looking for a working used one.
Anybody have an idea where I can find one.

Sometimes there are parts for these on ebay but it's hit or miss. You have to slog through 27 pages of 25 items per page for Honda parts because their indexing system doesn't work too well.

Depends on where you live.-------------Some dealers may have that used.------------Try calling them.

That was a rock solid piece- have you checked the charge coil. Those went bad 3 times as often. Find the 2 wires off the charge coil and hook a meter to them- remove the spark plugs for a faster pull and pull the motor thru. You should get 60 to 75 volts AC out of it.

what is the serial no. for your CDI unit?
do you have the part no. for the ignition coil?
is it 6 volt or 12 volt system?
can you give me a link to the website for parts for the CDI BF100 10HP motors?
