Honda B75 Impeller Housing

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I might be able to buy an impeller housing to fit a 1977 Honda B75? See part 3 photo. Boats.net do not seem to stock it, might this mean that they are obsolete?

Yes...no longer available from Honda. This piece was only used on the three earliest 7.5's that Honda made. Maybe on ebay or somewhere on the net.....?

Like racerone asks, what is the problem with yours? If it is "wiped out" inside, where the impeller runs, you can "sleeve" it...IF you live where there is a QUALITY bearing jobber like KAMAN SUPPLY or KING BEARING to name a couple.

They carry products sometimes referred to as "SEAL SAVER" to press on to machine shafts to provide a fresh surface for lip seals to run against. The nice thing for us is that they are as smooth and polished on the inside diameter as they are on the OD. If you had access to a lathe, you can machine out the housing and provide a near perfect fit.

If you're not into perfect, that's OK too. They don't have to be. But it helps.
