Honda 50efi bogging down..

I have a 2009 Honda 50efi outboard. Last week, after running fine out to our spot, and cranking to return home, it bogged down and cut off. Idle speed is ok but whenever I try to give it gas, it shuts off. It struggles to start back up but does...I tried checking the fuel water separator as well as replaced the gas line from filter to engine since I noticed a small amount do dry rot- thinking it was pulling air into the line...I zip tied the new gas line tight to the engine and the problem is still happening. Any ideas on what to check/ replace? I work on the water and need the skiff back ASAP. Thanks so much for any help-its greatly appreciated,

seems to be fuel issue,did you checked fuel filters inside the engine.? and the fuel flow to the engine.open outlet fuel pipe from the filter (low pressure fuel filter),prime the fuel bulb and see is it free flowing to the fuel pump.then go further, pump the fuel unscrew the fuel drain screw on the fuel pump unit,whether to see is it full with fuel or empty.

Also, replace those zip ties with real clamps ASAP.
