Honda 225HP

hi I swopped an engine block of a Honda 225 to a Honda 250Hp
I now have a slow throttle response. Any idea what could cause this?

Never heard of anyone doing that. Did you swap the ECU? If not, that could be the problem.

Yes ECU was done as well

The only thing I can suggest is to double check the throttle cable specs, especially the cable setting at the roller cam on top of the engine.

Could not attach the Helm instructions for throttle adjustments on the BF 225. If you have the BF 225 Helm shop manual, start at page 3-18. If not send me an e-mail at [email protected].
