Honda 225 Ignition Problem

We were out fishing for the day moved several time during the day with no problems then at days end the boat wouldn't start. Had to be towed in.

We thought it was the ignition switch so we replaced the ignition with a new complete panel and loom, still no power to the ignition.
We've checked all the fused in the engine and they are all fine. We've checked the fuses in the cabin and they're all fine.
We did have tilt but that no longer works as well. We have power to everything else on the boat, including winch, lights etc.
We have power to the engine, we also have checked the idle sensor and that works properly as well. The only thing we haven't checked is the main relay's.
Could the issue be a main relay not sending any power back to the main ignition switch board?

I can't fully answer your question. BUT, there is a 7.5 amp inline fuse in the wiring harness to the ignition switch panel and gauges. You might check that.

Did the engine crank and not fire up, or didn't it crank at all? If the latter, disconnect the kill switch and try to start the engine.

Re-check fuses 7 and 8 with an OHM meter.
