Honda 150 4 stroke HELP!

I'm posting this for my dad because he's not the smartest when it comes to motors. Anyway. We tried to charge our battery. When we starter our engine but not even a single button where lightet. Nothing. We bought a new battery but nothing works. We have no idea what we're doing so if anyone answer; please answer as you would answer your 4 year old child thanks allot

Here are a few basic questions that might help:

Did you check the voltage at your charged battery?

Did you charge with a high amperage charger? Maybe you blew all the fuses, or fusible link (if it has one)

Did you accidentally reverse the charging cables and short out the battery?

hope this helps a little, first thing is to check the battery voltage, then fuses.

Most likely you blew one of the fuses or the main relay. Find those, and test them.
