Yes parts are available from Berkeley,or American Turbine . Rebuilding the drive is fairly simple as there is only one moving part. You take it apart and replace the bearings, the o-rings, shaft seal and if necessary the impeller and wear ring. I'd also put in new nylon bushes on the pivot pins. You can change the "gearing" by using different cuts of impeller. There will be a mark on the impeller that notes the size or cut ( "A", or "C" for example). Impellers are expensive! Probably best to just buy the overhaul kit. However, before you order parts check the shaft for wear particularly around the seals as a worn or out of round shaft is no bueno. If it needs a new shaft you want the full rebuild kit.

On a side note, if the white powder coating is coming off, there's no choice but to send the parts out for refinishing. Don't even bother until you have perfectly smooth surfaces on the swiveling parts.

Jet drive engines have no water circulating pump or raw water pump because the jet drive supplies all the cooling water. There is a tube coming from the drive to the engine. If water is coming in it will be from this connection...or leaking around the drive itself from bad bedding/sealing.

You can also find jet pump engines that are fitted with closed cooling systems..... in which case the engine is equipped with a coolant circulating pump.

Had a '78 glastron. With , looks like 400 ford, with Brinkley jet drive. Boss man said don't touch it.
