HELP!!!!!

Hello I was trying to get some advice on how to fix my outboard. Im currently stationed in Alaska (Coast Guard), and I towed my boat up here from Florida. I have a 2012 Mercury Optimax 150 2-stroke. It ran fine for 3 years in Florida and 1 full summer in Alaska. Ive taken it to the only outboard mechanic on the island. Apparently Mercury will not help over the phone and just keeps telling me to take it to a certified dealer? I would love too, trust me, but I'm on an island in Alaska.

Here's the problem: I can run the boat at 2000 rpm's with no problems. The minute I go past 2k rpm's the motor reduces to clutch ahead shortly. Its at different times when I go to different rpm's, for instance: 2500 rpms and it takes about 40 sec to reduce to clutch ahead, at 4000 rpm's it last for about 10-15 secs. Im assuming something is telling my engine to shutdown anything above 2k rpm's. I then bring it back to neutral and try running it again with the same results. My priming bulb maintains pressure throughout the whole time.

Here's what has been done since I have owned it as a brand new boat and motor: Low unit oil maintenance, spark plugs, fuel/water separator, fuel filter on engine, 2 new thermostats, fuel tested with no water in it, new impeller( whole water pump kit).

The only thing I have heard and came up with: One of the pumps, which one I have no idea. Fuel, Oil, High Pressure Fuel????? Or something is losing pressure throughout my engine. Has anyone had these problems, and if so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am on an island in Alaska so my options are limited, which stinks but Alaska is awesome in the summer time, lol. Thank you again for your time, Chris
