Help with 1996 mercury 115

Took out my 1996 pro craft with the kids Monday to go tubing boat running great. 40 min later yellow light came on with 3 beeps turned off motor and put in oil started it up and running like a champ. ALL day was running low on gas so one more time around the lake and pull in to drop off some kids shut it off and 30 min later went to start it up and will crank but would not start tried for 10 mins and though it was flooded so took the plugs out and put spare one in and tried it again and same thing cranked but would not run. Had it towed to the launch and when I put the motor up black oil was dripping out of the front of the motor. I cant see exactly where it is coming from looks like under the carbs to me. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Joe
 
No its a 2 stroke and I got it running. Looks like the choke is locked up can anyone help with the choke and what I can check to get it working again and can someone give me the firing order for a 1996 115 mercury. any help is much appreciated thanks
