Help me!! Spark plug hole stripped!!!

Can someone please help me; while taking out a spark plug, i noticed that the threads on the head are stripping. Can someone please help me out??

Ayuh,... Pull the head, 'n bring it to a Machine Shop for repair...

You can get a plug hole tap and clean up the threads and try a fresh plug with anti-sieze compound. Last resort is taking it to the shop.

Would a Helicoil fix this? Tap it oversize and fit with the proper helicoil.

there are helicoil kits sold specifically for outboard spark plug holes. might be possible to repair in place on a cast head.
depends on room to work and skill of the DIYer.
I'd probably try something. If I messed it up - then pull the head

well im looking for the Helicoil kit to attempt to repair the threads, but i dont know where to look. Can someone help me out?
