Help a newbie winterize 2001 25HP E25TE4SI

I can’t find an owners manual. Here is my plan:

Add stabilizer to fuel.
Flush with muffs and clean water.
Fog engine (will the intake be obvious when I take off the cowling)
Change oil (can you help with filter part number and what kind of oil to use)
Change gear oil (same question what kind)
Cover and store.

Should disconnect fuel tank and use in my car/snownblower? Start with fresh gas next year?

Am I missing anything?
 
1) add stablizer to fuel
2) start on muffs and run at fast idle till engines reaches temp
3) disconnect fuel fine and slowly add fogging oil to all 3 cyls till it runs out of fuel
4) Drain engine oil and remove filter.
5) Reinstall drain plug and filter with oil on sealing ring
6) use filter # 778885 and 3.4 qts of Evinrude/Johnson Ultra Four Stroke motor oil
7) Drain lower unit and refill with Mystic JT4 from Oreilleys
