I have a good running 1992 40hp 4 cylinder 2 stroke Mariner on my 17ft aluminum bass boat. I have a friend that has a good running 1991 60hp 2 stroke Mariner for sale. Is the 60hp as good as the 40hp that I have now? Would I notice a big difference in speed? My boat now will run about 28-32 mph, and has a lot of bottom end get up and go. Just trying to see if it would be worth it.
