Gas in oil

Hi,I am Riley from n/c Louisiana. I have a 2012 tracker with the 60 horse Mercury four stroke efi. The boat has sat up for the past 8 months and the oil has The appearance of milk and smells of gas. Anybody have an idea why or what creates this issue and how to correct ? Thanks for any help.
