Fuel leaking from vapor separator

I have a 40hp ELPT EFI. What's running fine shut it off 30 minutes later would not restart bubble lost its prime pumping bubble fuel runs out of the bottom of what I believe to be the vapor separator.. if I clamp off a line that dumps out the bottom of the engine it will crank up an idle for a short period????? HELP!

Most VS have a float...yours sounds stuck or trash under needle

Will that cause NO start.?? I'm concerned it may be fuel pump diagram since no start I have not checked the pressure need to get adapter for my automotive fuel gauge

Update. Bad pump no fuel pressure and float was 1/2 full of fuel. Replaced pump,float, needle an psi regulator. Runs good now but now I get 1 long beep ( roughly 3 seconds long) after about 15 minutes of running on the water
