Fuel issue or flooded carbs?

Besides I'm a little on the sensitive side with the shop I got all this work done at because $4000 later and it still doesn't run right.. Sorry if I offend anyone not what I wanna do!

T get the last cylinder to burn can I just drain the tank, only like 2 gallons leftX and put fresh fuel and the right amount of oil in it? And some sea foam maybe?

Okay so my last post I guess didn't post, can I just drain what's left in the tank. 2-3 gallons tops, and just put the right Mixture in their with maybe some sea foam? Would that make that one cylinder burn possibly as long as it doesn't have build up in the cylinder itself

Update guys, we found the culprit, somehow OBR, where Gwinnett got the Powerhead from, managed to get the #1 and #2 cylinder Pistons mixed up.1 is in 2 and 2 is in 1. They put a new power
pack on which made those top two cylinders run for one day, and problem came back. I'm down 800 rpms at wot too.

You need to find a different shop as they are feeding you bull**** by the shovel full!!!! If the pistons was in the wrong sides (port in starboard and vise versa) a new powerpack would not have helped it run any better. It would have run like crap from day 1

I guess so.. It's weird because you could see the stamp on the piston still, though we had to wipe the oil off to see it, idk how the order goes, I.E port starboard starboard port. but like I said it lasted a whole 30 seconds, I never left the shop with the boat. For two hours I did nothing but watch! I thought they were just scamming me too but the only thing is they aren't gonna charge me for anything. At all, idk if they are
just dumb as a rock and don't feel like working on it anymore so they assume restart again or what. Also he said the flywheel cover snapped in half while trying to crank.. Does this really mean I need a new starter? They got another used one and didn't charge me for that either

Can you read and post the numbers off the pistons.------------If need be take one head off and read / post the numbers from the pistons.--------If pistons are wrong it can now be resolved instantly !

I would if I had it.Still up in Gwinnett. I'm just gonna call Monday morning and tell it to leave the new coil which I personally saw was bad. They showed me this weird test with the old coil vs new one. But that's all I'm paying for. And if it does indeed run fine then that's it.if not I'm taking it to a place that's a lot closer to home, more expensive but heard it's a better place

I'm gonna have to definitely agree with fatzbullet that they are shoveling me a pile of crap. I bet you it was just the stupid coil that was bad. Because it's kinda coincidental they spend 4 days working on it in a row supposedly. now they want a new power pack, starter, and want to completely tear down the motor and do it all over again, orbetter yet just ship it back and do it all over again. If it indeed worked, which by the way standing there it sounded much better then it did before. You were also right fatzbullet there's no way a new powerpack would have made It run better. Either they fixed It and just want to fix good parts just to make more money, or it still doesn't work, and I take it elsewhere. I jus hope when I go to test this thing doesn't blow. Even before it sounded fine once I got on plane.

Go to google and type in evinrude e115eleua flywheel cover, should be the wey first one to pull up on google images, the crack on the cover goes from the left end all the way to the right where the smaller part of the cover(assuming the one that covers the starter) meets up with the wider part that covers the actual flywheel. Almost like from an unusual amount of pressure from the flywheel, but It sounds like it's missing teeth, thus why I ordered a used flywheel last week to put on when ever I can finally get my boat back.

Got the boat back today. So far so good, running stronger,
no bogging down, no priming the bulb but once for the day. Doesn't kill loading on trailer, so far so good!
