Finding the right tool for gear case 1984 4.5

I have a 1984 mercury 4.5 and something is binding in the rear case to where it's stuck in forward. Trying to find the 4 pin tool for the lock nut but I can't find the right size anywhere. I'm measuring the ID of the gear case tube at 55mm. Any link would be appreciated.

Also, please remember that the spanner nut is LEFT HAND THREAD when you attempt to remove it.
