Customer brought in 2001 150 osi , 21 hrs. Customer pulled and rebuilt carbs. (He thought they needed ??) Customer said it was dying at idle. Took boat to lake warmed up hole shot no problem, motor ran like new. Came back to ramp at idle in gear 800 rpm. Then dropped to 700-600 cough then stoped. Cranked rite up, put in gear putting to trailer same thing. Didn't have chance to look at today. Does anyone have any ideas before I start looking. Thanks
