Hi,
I recently got a boat that has been sitting for 10+ years. I checked for spark after taking the proper precautions for an engine that has been sitting. It only has spark on the right 3 cylinders the left 3 are dead. The coils are good and I cleaned all the electrical connections/grounds. The stator looks really clean and the magnets look good. The kill switch circuit is good. The timer base connections look good and are clean. Since one side has strong spark, I want to say it's a timer base issue but I don't know for sure.

Thank you. Going to try jumping the starter directly with jumper cables. When I hooked up a charged battery I could get about 100 rpm cranking. The guide says I need 250 rpm. The starting solenoid is cracked and in rough shape

Correct, the engine needs to turn over a minimum 250 RPM to get spark. A weak battery, corroded or loose connections or a bad starter can be a problem for sure.
