Evinrude Lower Unit Help

Lower unit went out last summer model# 200stletf $3800 estimate to rebuild internet has plenty units $1200 to $2500 range found one on craigslist couple hours away at good price gentleman stated fully functional and it came off 1995 200 Vindicator mine is 1993 his has 20" shaft as does mine anyone know if this will interchange my hunch is yes but if I valued my opinion that much I wouldn't be on here thanks

Take yours over there with you and see if everything matches up my guess it is a direct swap.

If no luck with that one, check out SEI in FL. They have brand new units, for under $1000, plus three year "fault free" warranty. I got one from them last year, and had to have it replaced this year, without question. Just a thought. Good luck.
