2014 Evinrude E-Tec, 90hp H.O. 2 stroke.
Engine runs flawlessly - just had it out full throttle and trolling for over an our. Shifted just fine, no stalling or stuttering. No smoke, no overheating, no check engine lights, no nothing. Runs perfect. I'm baffled to what this knocking is.
Pulled plugs and they are black(fouled) and I noticed there is oddly some oil on/in the inside of the air intake box. Other than that engine is running perfectly.
Any thoughts?!

Tis easy for me, hard for others. 2-3 hours with repair and gasket scraping and clean up if reed block loose. If it has sucked a reed need to inspect cylinder as could turn into major repair.
