Evinrude 40hp E40TLERE no spark

Getting no spark to both plugs.
The boat is remote so I need to order the correct parts and accessories to fix the problem before making the 275 mile trip. Electric start is working fine and engaging the flywheel. I'm thinking that any of the following could be causing the problem: stator, trigger base, power pack, regulator or coil pack on thus 40hp 1994 motor.

Any hood suggestions on how to proceed?

Do some testing.----But you say the boat is not at home.-----So hard to say.----About 9 out of 10 times a new powerpack is the fix.

Thanks. That would be my first part to change. After that I would suspect the stator.

Need to get a repair manual so o can test the stator, etc.
