Did my engine lose a bolt?

I noted that there were no bolt in the threaded hole (see photo).

When the enginge is running water is dripping from the hole. Is there suppose to be a bolte or a hose connected from the hole?

What is the purpose of the hole?

The tread is fitting a M6 bolt. But if there is suppose to be a bolt, the how lo g (do any one have the spare part number or a link)?

That is for a flushing attachment, just get a standard 8mm X 15mm bolt with an O ring to plug it. There our a check valve in there that is leaking, it's a common issue
