Cylinder Head hairline crack

Anyone ever repaired a head hairline crack, 2009 Merc 250 ProXS Optimax starboard side?

Sure its not a casting flaw as heads cracking is pretty rare

There's water drolling out while the engine is running.

Is engine used in salt/brackish water? If so replace the head. If not head can be removed and Heli arced welded

Only clean fresh water in NW Wisconsin.

I bought this engine as a project, do you or anyone else know where there is a water outlet on the engine that I can use for cooling the compressor..for/to the water inlet on the compressor.
