Cylinder drop test spark?

I have decided to take them out to inspect and the top one the restricted plate was loose on it I take it that would cause issues? Could get good half turn on all the screws on the top one on one side.. iv taken them all apart and given light wet and dry on glass to flatten them off (holders) waiting for gasket to refit..
