Crooked motor?

Hi guys my 1st post and in need of a little help....

I have a 1996 20 hp mariner outboard.

Sits good on the transom.

Motor is crooked- lower unit lists to the right.

Big gap on one side of the "tracker" cover lower mount, the other side is tight.

removed the tracker covers, and removed the underside shroud to expose the mounts.

the left/right side mount/rubber bushings look good?

Any suggestions?

the swivel head does not appear bent, hard to say, I guess Id have to take it all apart to know for sure?

Pretty crooked, right?

I had take a good look because the steering is really tough turning one direction, and really easy the other direction.

Lower bushing? I'm sorry for my ignorance, but I don't see that on the exploded parts view?

Is it not possible that it has had a bash and the transom bracket is twisted a little? If you were turning to the left and the foot collected something I guess this could happen?

Swivel tube is bent. I just did one on a Merc 40hp
