convert a merc 150 2.5lt to 200 hp??

I may need addition HP for Mako CC I just bought- Looks like same block and pistons are used on 150 hp and 200 hp model of 2.5lt 2000-2005
Carbs are different WMV-16 on 150 and WHV-18s on 200s- what else needs to be changed? What about reeds? Anything electrical? Exhaust?

Block will need porting changed, carbs will need changed, depending on year gear ratio in lower unit is different. Sorry....
