Condenser ?

Evinrude 15 hp 1982 engine, model E15BACNC, has no breaker points so the ignition is obviously electronic. Does it still have a condenser (capacitor)?

Yes, it has capacitor discharge ignition, the capacitors are not serviceable and are molded inside the power pack.

Where exactly is the power pack? Ignition coils, sensor or ...?
It is difficult to start so the capacitor could be worth checking.

Unless there is a newer powerhead installed the powerpack is clearly visible.----Black box that feeds to the coils.-----Marked ---CD2 ----with a part #.-----Post that part #.-----So does spark jump a gap of 3/8" ( 1 cm ) , yes or no ?-----And post actual values of a compression test here.

I turned the flywheel with a screwdriver and a socket and the plugs would jump 3-4 mm, not more. On the foto the black thing on the left has number 511441 and the white one OA 511605. I haven't done a compression test yet as I don't have the tester at home right now.

Tried winding it over with a pull cord / rope checking for spark?.-----The black thingy is the charge coil.----Feeds the capacitor in the CD / powerpack.-----The white thingy is the sensor coil.----Does the job that breaker points used to do.-----The thingy with 2 coils is for charging a 12 volt battery.-----Powerpack / CD 2 is visible on the side of the cylinder head.

So the powerpack is not in the picture? What about the spark, it sounded as if it should be able to jump 10 mm?

The faster the flywheel RPM the more voltage to pack capacitor. This is dumped into coil and amplified which creates a larger spark.
