What does this mean . Is the motor bad ?

Yeah they tested it 3-4 times . And the bottom one is the 125 .and it looked and felt a little wet compared to the other ones . To my knowledge is has not been rebuilt . The guy at the shop said I was taking a risk to get a carb rebuild bc he's not sure if that would fix my problem . My pronlem is when I give throttle , the boat wants to die and it feels like it's not gwtting enough fuel
If its the crossflow triple you can remove the transfer and exhaust covers and inspect the cylinders wall and rings..There's no other way to even investigate a compression issue with an inline engine other than tearing it down

It is the one on the bottom . #4 I think . And its a1980I repeat my question: Which cylinder and what year motor is it?
