Chirping/Squealing noise from throttle control

Replaced my VRO with a pre-mix fuel pump. VRO was bad and didn't want to mess with it.
Engine starts and runs good, but a chirping/squealing sound is coming from the throttle control. It's not loud
just annoying. Good stream from pee hole.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks

With the horn sounding off, remove the TAN wire from the horn. If with that TAN wire removed, the horn continues to sound, the horn would be faulty.

If on the other hand, with that TAN wire removed, the horn stops sounding immediately, that TAN wire is grounding out somewhere.

Shortcuts like that usually wind up being quite expensive!

Depending on the engine involved (You don't say), that eliminates the only warning you'll receive should your engine.... overheat, run low on oil, have the VRO malfunction, or possibly encounter a fuel restriction problem. In your case since I believe you've disconnected the VRO and oil tank..... should your engine's water pump fail, the only warning you'll receive is the screeching sound it makes as it comes to a sudden halt.
