E90ELEUC carbs fill with oil when not used 1 weak or more.

Check the location of the boat oil tank. Ill bet it is getting hot from sitting in the sun or under a cover, building pressure and pushing oil through the fuel system into the carbs. To stop this, simply crack the cap and allow the tank to vent.

The VRO on the oil side has taken a crap...replace it.

Maybe an air leak in a fuel line makes the VRO pump oil only for a while.

Try the cap trick first !!! Some of those caps wouldn't vent properly.
