Is there a cheaper carburetor for the 4.5 Johnson outboard motor J5 rcic

Why do you need a carburetor ?----There is not much that can go wrong with them.---What is your motor doing / not doing ?----Your location ?

Someone broke the jet off don't know how to get the jet out part that's broke off in the carburetor

you should be able to extract the jet. If not, Tim's Outboard and South Central Outboards are both good options to get good, used parts for smaller engines.
