I don't think so. I explored this issue in detail when I installed my 2007 BF 225 and wanted to display engine performance info on my Garmin 4208 MAP/GPS. Even though I have the Honda digital gauges which read the information coming from the engine via the ECU, the Honda codes are proprietary. No one knows how to translate them to the NMEA200 standard sentences that could be displayed on your MAP/GPS multifunction screen.
So even if you could route the signals coming from the ECU to a RS232 or EIA-422 port on a laptop computer, you would need the software to translate those signals to the NMEA200 standard. I do not know of anyone who has done that. And if they did, they would probably be violating Honda copyrights and patents.
