bottom crank bearing 200 EFI

2001 Merc 200 EFI was assembled 6 months ago and put on the shelf. The bottom bearing was coated in oil per factory manual. Time to put on boat and start up. Does the bottom bearing need to be primed with oil in some way? The top bearing was assembled with 24-c. Does the tubing from the botom bearing need to be filled with oil/fuel mixture before start up?

Some of the later manuals says to use 2-4-C but package plainly states "Can not be used on needle bearings or other internal engine parts"... Back to original question, if it was coated when assembled as you state it will be o...
