Using the serial # (BBBL-1006493) on boats.net it is showing as a 1997 model. After a day's use, with the motor trimmed up all the way, there is oil leaking out. There is also oil where the starter is at. Reading through lots of threads it seems like the culprit is the cam seal, which will require quite a bit of work (remove drive, mid-section, and then pull powerhead). I would like to think of myself as mechanically inclined and should be able to do this, although tips and tricks are welcomed.
Also, does anyone have the part # for the cam seal? I already have all the gaskets ready to go.
