I have a 2015 BF60 does it hurt the motor if you run it out of Gas

No.

Aa a matter of fact, most run their outboards out of gas routinely before putting them away or storing to prevent the gasoline "going bad" inside the fuel system.

Although, I would caution someone about long cranking trying to restart an engine that has run out of fuel. The fuel system components like electric fuel pump and injectors could be damaged by doing that excessively.
