BF50A Head bolt torque and valve clearance BF50A

Had to mill the head and replace the head gasket on my daughters pontoon engine. Can anyone help me on the torque specs for all head bolts and valve clearence

38 nm plus 90 degrees plus a further 30 degrees
valves cold in- 006" ex 009"

What are the cam retainer bolts torqued at
