Hi!
does anyone know flush setting on pilotscrew? Seen various options. From 2 1/8 to 3 1/2

Set at 2 1/4 , warm up engine, screw each one in slowly until engine starts to misfire, then back out 1/4 of a turn

Tnx for answer, but are u 100%sure. Saw hondadude wrote in another post that 2004 mod. Needed 3 1/2 turns out. Is there a split from 2003 - 2004 mod?

Just do as I mentioned and you'll be fine, it is not critical, it is only an idle mixture, you may have to screw it out further, 2 1/4 is just your starting point, I work on these every day.
