BF 50 D won't start when warm

My Honda BF 50 D will start cold and runs great. If I shut it off after extended run it will not restart. The motor turns over . When the motor cools down it will restart. Any help would be appreciated!

Try cleaning out the fuel cooler and the hoses to and from it on the side of the vapour separator, it's probably getting no water flow resulting in vapour lock.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know if the hoses can be cleared with compressed air? How about the water jacket?

Yes,clean everything with compressed air

Did the cleaning with air fix the issue? Asking as I have same problem

It's either the swollen high pressure fuel pump grommet, or blocked fuel cooler, both can cause your issue

I had the same issue with my BF60 and I'm still working thru it, one thing I did and it did help alot was to change out the fuel pump grommet, I made a video if you scroll about halfway thru you can see where the grommet blocks flow. I am now realizing I should have also changed the pump while I had it all apart.

Mybe some one can help me I got 2023 BF 50 I start when cold runs great go about 1KM starts losing rpms and when give more speed to full throttle motor skip ? It did this since it was new
