BF 200 remote control, handle slop

The handle on my remote control seems to have developed a bit of slop left to right. Has anyone ever taken one of these bad boys apart? I am thinking I need to tighten the 8X35 flange bolt that is part no. 39 on the schematic. My remote control is 24800-ZZ5-A23, what they refer to as trolling remote control, or Hi Lex w/ gray cap. Am I opening up a can of worms here, or do you think I should dig in to it?

Well that was easy. I removed the unit with the 3 through bolts, and found the hex nut on the back side. Tightened it up and all is well.

My first instinct was to encourage you to jump right in but it's been awhile since I opened one up and I've only done it a few times anyway. So, I was hoping someone with more knowledge would give you the green light.

As it turns out....you didn't need a push!
