1995 J115SLEOC. Engine runs great above 2000 rpm. Under 2000 rpm it runs rough and sometimes dies and becomes hard to start. Also dies on throttle back from high speed run. Tachometer sometimes erratic.
Things checked and done so far. Compression test good, fresh fuel, new fuel/water filter, carbs rebuilt, manifold gaskets replaced (both sides front and back), various fuel supply system gaskets and orings replaced, sparks plugs.
I have been advised to replace the manifolds and the o-rings on the manifold fuel bars but looking for some additional advice.
Any advice appreciated and thanks in advance.
