Additional oil tank ?

Hello I have a 2002 125 EXLPTO Merc that is new to me. I have a hose coming off the top of the cylinder head that has a quick connect at the end. Is this for an additional oil tank ? Do I need to have an additional tank.

I think that might have something to do with water pressure gauge.

That is a Quick Silver flush attachment.... There is a special fitting you attach to the hose that plugs into it.
