A little frustrated

I have a 2016 BF50 on my alumacraft. We use it to troll while fishing. We troll at an idle speed. The problem I have is that, the plugs foul each trip and I have to clean them regularly, which is a pain. Can I run a hotter plug or is there a plug that burns in oil or a better replacement for the DR7EB that is currently in my boat?
Any Thot's or suggestions?

Check you thermostat, if it is stuck open the engine will run very rich because it is running tio cold. You should be able to run it at idle all day without a problem

I would think if you had to change anything it would be a thermostat rather than plugs to get the engine temp up.
