88 50hp Mariner water circulation problem

I have an 88 50 horse mariner I've had it for a year and have had to put 3 water pump impellers and housing on it since I've had it. I know they are installed right and find are turned in the right direction but it appears that the housing Is getting hot and trying to melt also. And I do not run the motor out of water. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Second question is even after I change the water pumps I have to run the motor at 2000 rpm before I'm getting any water out of the tell tail.I've check everything as far as the water intake port on the lower unit, pick up tube is clean, and also pulled the water jacket around the spark plugs and cleaned the pieces of broken impeller out of it. Yell tale hose is clean but still don't get any water out of tell tale at idle speed. Also this engine doesn't have a thermostat that I can find in the diagram. I also have notice that I have some water coming out the 2 upper exhaust port that is right is on the back of the mid section of the motor. Should I have water coming for there?

Serial # of motor is 0B308011
Any help or insight on this would be appreciated!

Sounds like maybe the water is not moving through or through quickly enough to keep everything cooled down.

Blocked water intake?

Blocked water tube?

Blocked water channels in the power head?

Not getting water "in" or not getting it where it needs to go could be your issue.

I have checked water intake water tube and tell tale fittings and tube and have pulled the cover off the water jacket cover over the ends of the piston and found nothing. Anything else I can check?
