75 HP 1993 water leak

On my 93 Mercury 75HP when running it there is A housing mounted on the head just to the left of #1+2 spark plugs that leaks water out of A small drilled hole. Looks like it could be an overheat relief hole but not sure . I have A manual on the way but just trying to get as many issues resolved as possible .

Sorry no such thing....That is the poppet valve and it is leaking from the diaphragm or around screw in the vavle if it has been hot.

Do you know if there is parts available to fix it ?

The hole is an air vent hole and allows the diaphragm to move.----It should not leak water.----Dealers may have the parts in stock.
